Due to the custom nature of this product, pants cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are only available for orders cancelled before production starts. All sales are considered final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing issues resulting from customer-provided measurements. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering.

If your pants arrive in damaged condition due to supplier error, we will review the case and provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.
