We offer a hiring service for our fabric swatches to allow customers to feel extremely confident in their choice. Fabric swatches will need to be returned within the specified time limit which you can find in our 'Product Info' section.
Fabric swatch hire
Our Swatch Book Hire allows you to physically view our range of fabrics and colours from the comfort of your home, giving you convenience and a true sense of texture, weight, and colour before making your selection. We offer multiple swatch book types that are categorised by the nature of their colour e.g bright colours, dark colours. Alternatively, we offer an ‘all-inclusive’ swatchbook that contains all swatches we have access to.
Swatch books are hired for a 10-day period from the date of purchase and must be shipped within this timeframe unless agreed otherwise. To make the process easy, your swatch book hire includes a pre-filled Australian Post return satchel, ready to send back once you’re finished.
Swatch books must be returned in their original condition. If a swatch book is returned late, damaged, or not returned at all, additional fees may apply. As swatch books are a hire product, returns or refunds are not available once the item has been dispatched, except in the case of a fault or error on our part or certain circumstances.
