SHIPPING POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Due to each suit being made to your specifications, custom suits cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a manufacturing fault. However, we try our best to ensure you are happy with your custom suit prior to its creation. Further, in all our packages a complimentary round of alterations is provided. 

 

For non-custom items such as accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn and with original tags attached. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. 

Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. All custom suits undergo quality control and assurance and as a result, photographs are taken and recorded prior to delivery.
