Premium Package

This product is a custom suit (vest included) that is made with your inputted measurements and your extensive selected customisations.

Please note our production can only begin once we have taken your measurements and completed the initial consultation. Once your suits’ production is complete, it is shipped to the tailoring service. Once the suit is tailored to your satisfaction, the suit will be yours to take home (or shipped to you depending on location).

Due to the custom nature of this product, suits cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are only available for orders cancelled before production starts. All sales are considered final once production has begun.

If your suit arrives in damaged condition due to supplier error, we will review the case and provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate. Each suit is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. Due to the product being a package deal, we will do our absolute best to work with you until you adore your suit.

As this package is highly collaborative and communicative, we only accept local clients for this service at this point in time. We are based in Melbourne, Australia. Please enquire about any questions regarding our location reachability etc.
