Mystery Suit-2-You Design

This product is a custom suit that is made with your inputted measurements. Due to it being a 'mystery' product, we will be responsible for the design of your suit. Consequently, you will have little control over the customisation of your suit. However, we promise to do our best to make sure your suit is the best looking it can be!

After you place your order, an automated email will be sent to you where you will mandatorily enter your measurements to begin the manufacturing process. Your suits production can only begin once we have received your measurements. Once your suits production is complete, it is shipped directly to you from our supplier. 

No tailoring services or consultations are provided or included in this product.

Due to the custom nature of this product, suits cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are only available for orders cancelled before production starts. All sales are considered final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing issues resulting from customer-provided measurements. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering. If customers choose to submit measurements via email but fail to do so, the order will be automatically refunded within two weeks.

If your suit arrives in damaged condition due to supplier error, we will review the case and provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate. Each suit is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia. We ship locally and internationally. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
